Rental Terms

The rules for every Prime rental, in plain language.

Booking & Payment

  • No security deposit required.
  • A payment of AED 200 reserves your booking.
  • We accept payment by cash or card.
  • Contact us by WhatsApp, phone or email to make your booking.

Insurance & Accidents

  • Full insurance with every car.
  • In case of an accident, the hirer will need to obtain a police report.
  • In case of an accident at the hirer's fault, an excess fee of AED 1,500 will be charged.

Mileage, Tolls & Fines

  • Included mileage: 200 km a day, 1,400 km a week, 5,000 km a month.
  • Extra kilometres: AED 0.50 per km.
  • Salik: AED 5 per toll crossing.
  • A 10% admin fee is charged on each traffic fine.

Documents & Age

  • Minimum age: 23.
  • UAE residents: Emirates ID and UAE driving licence.
  • Tourists: International Driving Licence and passport copy.

Delivery & Collection

  • Free delivery anywhere in Dubai to your hotel or residence.
  • Self-collection available.
  • We deliver to your hotel.
